Tour Cancellation Policy

Please review the following cancellation terms before confirming a tour booking.

1. For historical and private tours cancelled after a ticket has been issued, 50% of the tour price is retained. For ferry tours, 35% is retained; for flights, 70% is retained; and for other tours, 25% is retained, regardless of the cancellation date.
2. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour begins, 50% of the tour price is retained.
3. For a cancellation after a tour has started, including after transfer has begun, 100% of the tour price is retained.
4. For Jerusalem or Jordan tours cancelled less than 48 hours before the tour begins, 100% of the tour price is retained.
5. A full refund of the paid tour price may be considered where a medical certificate is provided no later than the scheduled tour date.
6. Without a medical certificate, a paid tour is not refundable; where operationally possible, it may be moved to another date or exchanged. This does not apply to flight, ferry, historical, or private tours.
