Refunds and cancellations

Refund eligibility, any applicable cancellation charge, and the amount of any refund depend on the booking type, the timing of the cancellation, and the published Tour Cancellation Policy. That policy forms part of the applicable booking terms.

Physical-product returns are not applicable to Tours Bay travel services. This page does not create a separate product-return policy.

How to request a review

For a cancellation or refund request, please use our contact page and include the booking reference, tour name, and travel date so that we can identify the booking.
