TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Effective Date: 17 August 2026
Welcome to Tours Bay.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://toursbay.com/ and your purchase or use of travel, tourism, booking, customer-support, and related services provided by Tours Bay Travel & Tourism L.L.C. (“Tours Bay”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By using our website, requesting a service, communicating with us in relation to a booking, or completing a booking with Tours Bay, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the relevant service.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy:
https://toursbay.com/privacy-policy/
1. About Tours Bay
Tours Bay Travel & Tourism L.L.C. is a travel and tourism business operating from Egypt.
Tours Bay provides and/or arranges travel and tourism services that may include, depending on the booking:
- Hotels and accommodation.
- Tours and excursions.
- Transfers and transportation.
- Travel packages.
- Flight-related services.
- Activities and experiences.
- Reservation and booking assistance.
- Customer support and travel-related communication.
- Other travel and tourism services offered by Tours Bay from time to time.
Tours Bay may provide certain services directly and may arrange other services supplied by independent third-party travel providers.
2. Eligibility and Bookings Involving Minors
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to make a booking or enter into a transaction with Tours Bay on your own behalf.
An adult may make a booking that includes children or other minors where the adult has authority to make that booking and provide the information required for the relevant travel service.
The person making a booking is responsible for ensuring that information supplied for all travellers included in the booking is accurate.
3. Booking Requests and Confirmation
Submitting an inquiry, reservation request, message, payment request, or booking form does not necessarily mean that a booking has been confirmed.
A booking becomes confirmed when Tours Bay provides appropriate confirmation, such as a booking confirmation, voucher, itinerary, invoice, receipt, or other written confirmation indicating that the relevant service has been reserved or accepted.
Some services may require full or partial payment before confirmation.
Availability may change before final confirmation.
Where a booking involves a third-party supplier, the booking may also be subject to that supplier’s applicable conditions, restrictions, availability, cancellation rules, and fare conditions.
4. Accuracy of Booking Information
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information when making a booking.
This may include:
- Full traveller names.
- Telephone and WhatsApp numbers.
- Email addresses.
- Travel dates.
- Hotel or accommodation details.
- Flight information.
- Passport or identification information where required for the service.
- Nationality or other information necessary to provide the requested travel service.
Names and other travel information should match the documents that will be used for travel where applicable.
Tours Bay is not responsible for additional costs, rebooking charges, or service failures caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer, except where the error was caused by Tours Bay.
5. Prices and Availability
Prices displayed or quoted by Tours Bay are based on the information, availability, currency, supplier rates, taxes, fees, and other conditions available at the time of the quotation.
Unless a price is expressly stated to be guaranteed, a quotation may change before the booking is confirmed.
The final price applicable to a confirmed booking will be the price stated in the relevant confirmation, invoice, payment request, or booking document.
Prices may be affected by supplier price changes, currency exchange rates, taxes or government charges, hotel or airline changes, availability, requested upgrades or additional services, and changes requested by the customer.
Any material additional charge introduced by Tours Bay after confirmation will be communicated to the customer where applicable.
6. Payments
Tours Bay may accept payment through one or more payment methods made available at the time of booking.
Payments may be processed directly or through third-party banks, payment processors, gateways, or financial service providers.
Where a third-party payment provider is used, that provider may process payment information according to its own terms and privacy practices.
A booking may be cancelled or remain unconfirmed if a required payment is not completed within the period specified for that booking.
Customers should not send payment-card credentials or other sensitive financial credentials through ordinary WhatsApp messages, email, or other unsecured communication channels unless specifically instructed through an authorized secure payment process.
7. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
Cancellation, amendment, and refund conditions depend on the specific service booked.
Different rules may apply to different hotels, airlines, tours, transfers, activities, packages, promotional offers, supplier rates, and special or non-refundable bookings.
The applicable cancellation or amendment conditions should be communicated or made available as part of the relevant quotation, booking confirmation, voucher, invoice, supplier terms, or other booking information.
Some confirmed services may be non-refundable or may be subject to cancellation or amendment fees.
Where a customer requests cancellation or amendment, Tours Bay will apply the conditions applicable to the specific booking and any relevant third-party supplier.
Where a refund is due, processing time may depend on the supplier, payment provider, bank, card network, and method originally used for payment.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any mandatory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Changes or Cancellations by Suppliers
Airlines, hotels, transport companies, tour operators, attraction operators, and other travel suppliers may sometimes change or cancel services for operational, safety, scheduling, availability, regulatory, weather, or other reasons.
Examples may include flight schedule changes, hotel substitutions, changes to pickup times, route changes, attraction closures, tour timing changes, and service cancellations.
Where Tours Bay receives notice of a material change affecting a customer’s booking, we will take reasonable steps to communicate that information to the customer.
Available alternatives, refunds, credits, or other remedies will depend on the affected service, supplier conditions, booking terms, and applicable law.
9. Third-Party Travel Providers
Certain services offered or arranged by Tours Bay are supplied by independent third parties.
These may include airlines, hotels, transportation companies, tour operators, guides, activity providers, payment providers, and other travel-service suppliers.
A third-party supplier may impose its own terms and conditions on a booking.
Where applicable, customers are responsible for complying with supplier rules relating to check-in times, baggage, hotel policies, passenger requirements, cancellation deadlines, activity requirements, safety rules, and identification requirements.
Tours Bay is not responsible for the independent acts or omissions of a third-party supplier where the matter is outside Tours Bay’s reasonable control, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Passports, Visas, Entry Requirements, and Travel Documents
Unless Tours Bay has expressly agreed to provide a specific visa, documentation, or immigration-related service, customers are responsible for checking the passport, visa, immigration, health, and entry requirements applicable to their trip.
Government and immigration authorities make their own independent decisions.
Providing assistance, information, or documentation support does not constitute a guarantee that a visa, permit, border entry, or other government approval will be granted.
Travellers should ensure that their travel documents remain valid for the requirements of their destination.
11. Customer Communications
Tours Bay may communicate with customers through channels such as email, telephone, SMS, WhatsApp, website forms, and other authorized communication channels.
Communications may include booking confirmations, service information, itineraries, pickup information, travel updates, booking changes, customer-support responses, payment or booking reminders, and other communications relating to a customer’s interaction with Tours Bay.
12. WhatsApp and Meta Business Communications
Tours Bay uses the WhatsApp Business Platform as part of its customer-service and business communication workflow.
Authorized Tours Bay staff may use Tours Bay systems, including Tours Bay Business OS, to communicate with customers regarding travel and tourism services.
Depending on the circumstances, communications may include approved WhatsApp message templates and direct customer-service conversations.
Tours Bay intends to use WhatsApp for legitimate business communication and not for unsolicited spam.
Where consent or an opt-in is required by applicable law or applicable platform rules for a particular type of communication, Tours Bay will use such communication in accordance with those requirements.
Customers may request that optional marketing communications stop.
Service-related communications that are necessary to manage an active booking may continue where appropriate.
13. Privacy and Personal Data
Tours Bay processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains, among other things, categories of information we may process, how information is used, WhatsApp and Meta Platform information, service providers and data processors, data retention, security, user rights, and data deletion requests.

14. Tours Bay Business OS
Tours Bay may use its internal business and customer relationship management system, Tours Bay Business OS (“TBOS”), to administer customer communications, bookings, channels, and related business operations.
TBOS is an internal operational system and does not by itself create a recurring consumer subscription or automatic billing arrangement.
Access to internal Tours Bay systems is restricted to authorized users according to applicable access permissions.
15. Website Accounts and Security
If an account or login facility is made available to you, you are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping login credentials confidential, preventing unauthorized use of your account, and informing Tours Bay if you become aware of unauthorized access.
You may not attempt to access an account, system, customer record, or internal area that you are not authorized to access.
16. Acceptable Use
You may not use Tours Bay’s website or communication services to violate applicable law, commit or facilitate fraud, impersonate another person or organization, send malicious code, attempt unauthorized system access, circumvent access controls, disrupt or overload the website or systems, scrape or extract information using unauthorized automated methods, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, send spam or abusive communications, harass or threaten other persons, or use Tours Bay services for unlawful or harmful purposes.
Tours Bay may take reasonable technical or administrative action to protect its systems, customers, employees, and services from misuse.
17. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, content created and published by Tours Bay on its website or business systems, including its branding, logos, text, layouts, graphics, and original materials, is owned by or licensed to Tours Bay.
No rights are transferred to a user merely because content is accessible through the website.
You may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, modify, or falsely represent Tours Bay content as your own without authorization, except where permitted by applicable law.
18. Third-Party Websites and Services
Our website or communications may contain links to websites, platforms, or services operated by third parties.
Tours Bay does not control those independent services.
Use of third-party services may be governed by the third party’s own terms, privacy policies, availability, and technical conditions.
19. Service Availability
Tours Bay aims to keep its website and digital communication systems available and operational.
However, temporary interruption may occur due to maintenance, updates, Internet or hosting problems, third-party platform outages, security incidents, technical failures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
A temporary website or system interruption does not automatically cancel an otherwise confirmed travel booking.
20. Force Majeure and Events Outside Reasonable Control
Travel services may be affected by events outside the reasonable control of Tours Bay or its suppliers.
These may include severe weather, natural disasters, war or civil disturbance, government restrictions, border closures, epidemics or public-health restrictions, strikes, transport disruption, airport closures, supplier failures, Internet or telecommunications failures, and other extraordinary events outside reasonable control.
Where such an event affects a confirmed booking, Tours Bay will seek to assist the customer reasonably, subject to supplier rules, availability, applicable booking conditions, and applicable law.
21. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Tours Bay will not be responsible for losses caused solely by circumstances outside its reasonable control or by the independent acts or omissions of third-party suppliers, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Tours Bay is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable in connection with the relevant service, to the extent such limitation is permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this section is intended to limit mandatory consumer protections or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
22. Fraud, Abuse, and Suspension
Tours Bay may refuse, suspend, or cancel access to a website account or digital service where reasonably necessary because of fraud or suspected fraud, unauthorized access, security threats, abuse, misrepresentation, prohibited activity, or material breach of these Terms.
Any effect on an existing confirmed travel booking will remain subject to the applicable booking conditions and applicable law.
23. Complaints and Customer Support
If you have a concern about a Tours Bay service, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible so that we have an opportunity to investigate and assist.
When contacting us about a booking, please provide relevant information such as your name, booking or reference number, contact information, a description of the issue, and relevant documents or screenshots where appropriate.
We will seek to review legitimate complaints and respond through an appropriate communication channel.
24. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Egypt, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection or other legal rights that apply to the customer and cannot lawfully be excluded.
Where possible, the parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute through direct communication.
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it may be referred to the competent authorities or courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.
25. Changes to These Terms
Tours Bay may update these Terms when its services, legal requirements, operational practices, or business systems change.
The latest version will be published at:
https://toursbay.com/terms-and-conditions/
The effective date displayed at the top of the page identifies the current version.
Changes will not retrospectively remove rights already attached to a confirmed booking where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
26. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
The affected provision should be interpreted or limited only to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable where legally possible.
27. Entire Agreement
For use of the Tours Bay website, these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable booking-specific terms, form the relevant agreement between Tours Bay and the user concerning that use or booking.
A specific confirmed booking may also include additional terms shown in a quotation, voucher, itinerary, invoice, supplier conditions, or booking confirmation.
Where booking-specific terms conflict with general provisions in these Terms, the more specific booking condition will apply to that booking, subject to applicable law.
